Welcome to Trawalla Farm Stay!
We’re delighted to have you stay with us at Trawalla Farm. Please take a moment to review the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of our facilities and services. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Bookings & Reservations

  • Direct Bookings: To ensure the best rates and personalised service, we encourage guests to book directly with us through our website or by contacting us. Once your booking request is received, we will confirm availability and confirm your booking.
  • Booking Confirmation: A reservation is not confirmed until we have contacted you to confirm your booking. Any booking request made online is subject to availability.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for confirmed reservations. For bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g., Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb), payment policies may differ and will be outlined during the booking process.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged with prior consent.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation cost.
  • No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
  • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed through the same payment method used for the booking.

4. House Rules

  • Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly farm, welcoming dogs, cats, and horses upon request. Pets must be supervised at all times and must not disturb other guests.
  • No Parties: While we welcome respectful gatherings, no parties or events are allowed on the premises. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of all guests.
  • Children: Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the pool area and around animals. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur due to a lack of supervision.
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or other enclosed areas. Please use designated smoking areas.

5. Property Access & Restrictions

  • Farm Areas: Access to certain farm areas, such as stables, horse paddocks, and private accommodations, is restricted unless permission is granted by the farm owner or staff. Guests are welcome to walk along the main driveway and racetrack.
  • Use of Amenities: Guests are invited to enjoy the swimming pool, tennis court, bicycles, and other recreational facilities. Use of these amenities is at your own risk, and guests must follow any posted safety guidelines.

6. Liability

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the safety of their party while on the property. Trawalla Farm Stay is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay, including but not limited to, pool accidents or injuries caused by animals.
  • Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items.

7. On-Site Support

Our friendly family is available to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything. We are here to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal details you provide during your booking or communication with us will be used solely for the purpose of processing your reservation and improving your experience at Trawalla Farm Stay. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Trawalla Farm Stay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
